Shipping Policy

All items are made to order.

Please allow time for both production and shipping before your order arrives.

Processing time

Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days before they are shipped.

Shipping times

We use localized fulfillment whenever available. This means orders may be produced and shipped from a print partner located in or near the customer’s region.

For eligible products and variants, local fulfillment may be available in:

  • the United States
  • Canada
  • the European Union
  • the United Kingdom
  • Australia / New Zealand

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and local fulfillment availability.

  • Local regional delivery: typically 2–5 business days after shipment

If a product variant is not eligible for local fulfillment, or is temporarily unavailable in the customer’s region, the order may be fulfilled using international shipping instead. Printify states that eligible Global Fulfillment products can be fulfilled locally in the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia/NZ, but ineligible or unavailable variants may fall back to international shipping.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the products in your order.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, seasonal demand, or other factors outside our control.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@scrollclub.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with our return policy. 

Customs and import duties

For some international orders, customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
