Refunds & Returns Policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • incorrect color selection
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@scrollclub.store with :

  • your order number
  • a clear photo of the item
  • a brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Return address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
